Because, all this time, I've never encountered a better friend than a Capricorn. & whenever there's someone who becomes a good friend, they eventually turn out Capricorns. Nobody has to be a specific sign to have a perfect relationship. I've seen many pisceans out there that just goes best w! ith Scorpios, while I see other groups of pisceans who goes best with Leos. Astrology can tell you the personalities of each sign, what pairing it reccomends, etc. But mostly it depends on the individual - given that no one is exactly the same.
