Leticia Laiben: Yes, you can have it done on your chest. It can be done anywhere that hair grows, as long as the hair has some color to it. Unfortunately laser hair removal does not work on white, blond, or grey hairs as the laser is actually attracted to melanin (pigmentation). If the hair is not dark enough to be lasered, I would suggest electrolysis as a plan B as it works on any color hair. It just takes longer than laser because each hair is treated one by one whereas the laser treats many hairs at a time....Show more
