On the memory card, you have to create a new folder and name it "Media" (sometimes the phone will do this for you) and then drop your MP3's into that folder. If it doesn't use a memory card, then hook the phone up to the computer using the USB cable that came with the phone. It should appear as a removable drive when you go to "My Computer".
