Melina Minneweather: Depends on the context you are asking. To me personally it has to be family security. To me as a government representative (which I am not) it would have to be national security. My answer is you can have national security without family security but not the other way around.
Nikki Sypult: Both need equal security priorities...I really don't believe one can exist without the other - or have a purpose to be honest...
Carmelina Enoch: First national security and then family. If the nation isn't secure than no family can be secure.....
